Various organisations and climate change researchers have now come to the conclusion that the only way we can categorically ensure we do not emit more than a safe amount of Greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, is to introduce some form of carbon rationing in the form of equal Carbon Emission entitlements per person.

This is something that we may want to consider as part of our project, or at least make sure we educate people that an International framework is vital, if we are to stay safe as a world community..
